JCDRILL wireline drill rods are made of special geological steel pipe with high strength and toughness which is processed by high-precision CNC lathe and molding tools.
TW series wireline drill rods follow international industry standard. TW series drill rods feature exclusive heat treatment and course TW thread. TW rods expand drilling capacity in deep, deviated and demanding wireling coring application.
The drill rod thread is tested by special thread gauge, and the thread part is specially strengthened. JCDRILL drill rod has consistent concentricity and straightness, and its precision and mechanical properties reach the international advanced level. we have standard size: AQ BQ NQ HQ PQ, NRQ, HRQ, PRQ, BTW, NTW, HTW, NHD HHD PHD, BT NT HT PT also have customized size per sample or drawing.

THRU-WALL HEAT TREATMENT
• Provides 140% material strength
• Heat treated box threads significantly increases thread wear life
CASE HARDENING
• Significant research, development and field testing has resulted in a hardening process that is unmatched in the marketplace
• Pin thread crest is hardened to nominal 55 HRc to eliminate damaging 'adhesion' wear
• Eliminates the transfer of wear material back and forth which is what happens between threads of equal hardness, leading to large scale galling and joint seizing

A: T/T term or L/C term. On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment. On L/C term, a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" can be accepted. |
